Delivery information

It is my aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Some pieces are available for dispatch within 1-5 working days - see the ready to post section in my shop. Some items are made to order and may take between 2 and 8 weeks to be made. If you require something by a particular date, please get in touch before ordering to check this will be possible. I will do my best to make sure I can get an order to you to meet a specific deadline.

An email will be sent notifying you of dispatch of your order.

Orders are sent out on weekdays only and are subject to the following charges:

  • UK Royal Mail Standard Second Class Delivery: Free

  • Upgrade to UK Royal Mail Special Delivery (Insured, trackable): £7.50

  • UK Orders over £125: free Royal Mail Special Delivery

I recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery, as this is a trackable service that provides compensation for items that are lost or damaged in transit. I cannot be held responsible for items sent by standard delivery that are lost or damaged while in transit to you.

You may need to pay import duties or other taxes for any orders for delivery to addresses outside England and Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and Channels Islands.

I do not currently offer delivery to EU countries.

Gift wrapping

I can gift wrap your order and send it direct to the recipient with a handwritten note to save you time and additional postage costs. Just pop a note in the "additional information" section when you check out.

Stock

To ensure an item is in stock, please check it shows as being available (i.e. not sold out) in my "ready to post" section. These pieces are available for dispatch within 1-5 working days. I do have other items in stock that do not show in the “ready to post” section, so if there’s something you’re interested in, please give me a call or email me to check.
